Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Operations/Maintenance Team Leader, the successful candidate will carry out a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Upkeep of site equipment and machines
- Maintenance inspections
- On‑site breakdown support
- Participation in ongoing improvement projects
- Carry out building maintenance and repairs
- Movements of site equipment using a telehandler/loader
- Loading/unloading of deliveries
- Providing support at construction and exploration drilling sites
Skills and Abilities
- Operation of agricultural equipment (telehandler, tractor, loader)
- Trailer haulage experience
- Valid UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in machinery maintenance, including generators, pumps and motors
- Understanding of chemical handling/COSHH
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Knowledge of water hydraulics and piping/hose layout
This position is suitable for a self‑motivated individual willing to work mainly outdoors in challenging weather conditions, with problem‑solving skills to safely resolve arising situations.
The role will be based at the Company’s lithium plant, Geothermal Waters Plant, United Road, Redruth, Cornwall, TR16 5HY
. Annual leave comprises 25 days holiday per year pro rata, plus UK bank holidays.
