Overview

The Original Factory Shop is hiring a Supervisor (30 hour contract) to join our Redruth team. As a Supervisor you will assist the Management team in creating a friendly, welcoming, customer focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work. Whether front-of-store or behind-the-scenes, this role demands a real commitment to customer service and an ability to supervise the team to deliver the store’s goals.

• Support the Management team in delivering store targets and customer service standards.
• Supervise team members to ensure smooth store operations both front-of-store and behind-the-scenes.
• Assist with day-to-day running of the store and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.

• Retail experience and a commitment to excellent customer service.
