Position
We are looking for a UI Designer to join our team dedicated to HMI development and prototyping.
The selected candidate will contribute to the design and creation of innovative user interfaces, working closely with developers, UX designers, and project stakeholders. We are particularly interested in meeting candidates with experience or sensitivity in the automotive sector or, more generally, in human–machine interface design.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop visually refined, functional, and coherent user interfaces.
Create layouts, UI components, iconography, and graphic assets.
Collaborate with the HMI team in defining interaction flows and prototyping concepts.
Prepare graphic specifications and handoff materials for the development team.
Contribute to visual guidelines and documentation for the design system.
Requirements
Strong proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
Master’s degree from Art Academies or in fields such as Communication Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and creative visual skills.
Solid understanding of UI design principles, typography, color, and layout.
Preferred experience (professional or project-based) in the automotive sector or HMI design.
Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
