• Preparation of accounting records
• Preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
• Posting journal entries and making adjustments
• Participating in audits
• Completing other duties as assigned
• Collaborate with peers and management on file planning and completion
• Advise clients
• Contribute to improvement initiatives

• Completion of post‑secondary education in Accounting (Diploma or Degree)
• At least 1 year of Canadian public practice experience is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Quick Books Online, Taxprep, and Caseware is preferred
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability to exercise logic and sound judgement regarding confidential and sensitive matters
• Strong understanding of a client‑focused environment and meeting client expectations

This position has a flexible start date and we would be pleased to have the position filled before June 2025 after this tax season concludes.
