We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting client engagements while ensuring accuracy in accounting processes. • Utilizing cutting‑edge accounting and financial management systems, you will maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records
• Provide technical accounting assistance in processing financial transactions, bank/loan/GL account reconciliations, and various government remittances
• Collaborating with TCO’s skilled team of CPAs, you will be involved in preparing financial statements and relevant reports for our clients and other stakeholders
• Embrace feedback and mentoring from colleagues, continuously developing and improving your skills and abilities
• Participate in team activities and offer support to colleagues, helping to build a strong and cohesive work environment

• Post‑secondary education in accounting or a related field (diploma or bachelor’s degree), or active progress toward a CPA designation
• 1–2 years of hands‑on accounting experience
• Competent in handling accounting tasks, preparing and interpreting financial statements, reports, reconciliations, and payroll preparation, with or without prior experience
• Effective multitasker, adept at prioritizing tasks for efficient completion
• Exceptional customer service skills, building and maintaining trusting relationships
• Self‑motivated and efficient while working independently
