We're a new distillery with ambitious plans for rapid growth, and we’re looking for an Entertainment Director who wants to help bring our vision to life. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level—shaping day-to-day operations, building and leading a high-performing team, and driving the success of a brand that’s just getting started. Join our leadership team as the driving force behind a dynamic live music venue, shaping programming and booking for top touring, regional, and local artists.

Ideal for an experienced live entertainment professional ready to make a major impact on a growing music hall.

The Entertainment Director Leads Music Hall programming, artist booking, and relationship management with promoters and agency partners. The position also oversees event logistics, talent contracts, budgeting, and profitability for all shows and entertainment offerings. Supervises Production and Artist Relations teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop programming strategy across different tiers of acts (national, regional, local, themed nights) in alignment with ownership’s goals.
  • Book and route entertainment calendar including 100+ annual touring acts, local shows, house events, themed nights, festivals, and special events.
  • Manage agency and promoter partnerships, negotiate artist fees, and oversee talent contracts.
  • Build show budgets, revenue projections, and settlement processes.
  • Supervise Production Manager, Artist Relations Coordinator, and event staff/contractors.
  • Coordinate with F&B and Guest Experience to ensure rider fulfillment, timing alignment, and crowd flow.
  • Develop relationships across the live entertainment industry including artists, promoters, agents, managers, publicists, unions, and production vendors.
  • Analyze ticket sales, pacing, and demand to optimize programming mix.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and flawless execution of all entertainment operations.
  • Lead cross-department coordination meetings for major shows.
