We are seeking a full-time Condominium Property Manager based on-site in Regina, SK. The role involves overseeing daily property operations, supervising maintenance activities, managing budgets, and fostering positive relationships with property owners and residents. Additional responsibilities include coordinating vendor services, addressing resident inquiries, preparing financial reports, and ensuring properties comply with legal and safety regulations.

• Property management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with property owners and residents.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of property laws, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience in condominium property management is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site with a professional and proactive approach.
