• Actively seek customers across all departments and escort them to appropriate merchandise.
• Ask open‑ended questions to determine project needs and customer's level of expertise.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items or services outside the department.
• Educate customers about the entire project and use empowerment programs when necessary.
• Maintain daily stock: ensure products are signed, displayed, and clean.
• Continuously build product knowledge across the department and adjacent areas.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and security policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or trade experience (asset).
• Ability to lift, bend, and maneuver to accommodate the physical demands.

• Temperature changes from frequently open doors.
