NOTE:

This position is based on-site at our Regina Head Office location.

• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues
• Provide level 1 and 2 application support for our Trimble System across 11 locations utilizing remote connection
• Work with Corporate IT for Level 3 support
• Build, maintain and enhance reports using the appropriate tools (SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel)
• Maintain and configure EDI with customers
• Administer and manage company's IBC Phone Systems
• Develop and maintain business relationships with suppliers, identify the needs of the company and source supplies for inventory
• Coordinate and manage the deployment of system upgrades, as well as the implementation of new IT systems and services

• University or College Diploma in Computer Science.
• At least 1-2 year helpdesk related work experience
• Strong working knowledge and experience of SQL and Crystal Reports
• EDI experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills a must
• Experience in the trucking/transportation industry using Truck Mate and Document Imaging Software applications would be an asset.
