We are a newly appointed Morgan franchise dealer and long‑standing independent specialist dedicated to the service, maintenance and restoration of Rolls‑Royce and Bentley vehicles. We are seeking an experienced Automotive
Aftersales Manager to oversee our service operations and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical knowledge and proven experience in managing aftersales functions within a luxury automotive environment.

• Manage all aspects of the aftersales department, including service, parts and customer care.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to deliver exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Hands on maintenance of VAG era Bentleys if required.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and best practices for classic Rolls‑Royce and both classic and modern Bentley and Morgan vehicles.
• Oversee workshop scheduling, workflow and resource allocation to maximise productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a premium experience.
• Work with the current General Manager and MD to set and monitor KPIs, budgets and profitability for the aftersales division.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Master Technician‑level experience with the VAG Group VAS diagnostic system

• Proven track record in aftersales management or service advisory within a high‑end or luxury automotive environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
• In‑depth technical knowledge of VAG era Bentleys and good working knowledge of heritage Rolls‑Royce and Bentley models.
• Experience with restoration projects and bespoke vehicle requirements.
• Familiarity with modern workshop management systems and digital service platforms.
• Business acumen with a focus on profitability and efficiency.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Master Technician‑level experience with VAG diagnostics.
• Proven aftersales management track record in luxury automotive.
• Technical knowledge of VAG era Bentleys and heritage Rolls‑Royce/Bentley models.
• Restoration and bespoke vehicle experience.
• Proficiency with modern workshop systems.
• Business acumen and focus on profitability.
