3D MEPH Revit CAD Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled 3D Revit MEPH CAD Coordinator to join our team.

Permanent role or freelancer position available (Salary dependant on expericance).

This is strictly an in-person role, all works are based from our Reigate office.

• Auto CAD 3D Revit personnel with a building services background.
• To use Auto CAD 3D Revit at a good skill level.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• To be able to work on stage 4 consultants scheme to create stage 5 working drawings/ model.
• To be able to liaise with clients, architects & project managers.
