This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our cutting‑edge technology programs at WTW, a leading global insurance industry player. You will be a pivotal member of a team developing next‑generation solutions for the insurance industry, working primarily on the Radar Live product – an industry‑critical on‑prem and SaaS product delivering insurance quotes to the market.

• Define, drive, and improve QA strategy and testing processes for a business‑critical enterprise product.
• Support multiple work streams, including product development and SaaS platform delivery.
• Align closely with the Head of QA and other QA Leads to ensure ICT standards compliance.
• Coach and mentor the team on best test practices.
• Communicate quality levels and risks to business stakeholders.
• Ensure proper test coverage for functional and non‑functional tests; identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Build, maintain, and improve test frameworks.
• Write production‑quality test code.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases and scripts.
• Drive exploratory testing sessions.
• Lead the culture of quality within the team.
• Serve as the trusted authority on QA and test automation matters.

• Strong passion for delivering high‑quality software.
• Experience defining and continuously improving QA strategy from the ground up.
• Experience driving QA and test‑first approaches in complex delivery programs.
• Experience leading and growing a QA team, including hands‑on recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience building complex test automation solutions for SaaS systems.
• Experience with C# test automation frameworks at all levels (unit, integration, API/system).
• Experience delivering QA processes for hybrid solutions in Azure and on‑prem environments.
• Appreciation and practical exposure to microservice and containerized deployment architectures.
