This historic independent school in Reigate with both day and boarding provision seeks a meticulous Facilities Manager. The role requires experience in managing a complex often historic estate ensuring that the specialized teaching blocks residential buildings and extensive grounds are all maintained to the highest standard to support the pastoral and academic mission.

• Preservation & Maintenance :
  Overseeing the conservation and maintenance of historic buildings while managing modern infrastructure (HVAC electrical systems etc.).
• Boarding Focus :
  Ensuring high standards of safety cleanliness and functionality are met across all residential boarding accommodation.
• Contract Management :
  Negotiating and managing all service contracts utilities and major repair works.

• Contract :
  Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
• Salary Range : 52000 - 62000 per annum depending on experience.
• Essential Requirements :
  Extensive experience managing a complex multi-functional estate ideally involving historic buildings and residential accommodation.
• Support :
  Generous independent school pension scheme and a high level of autonomy in the role.
