We are currently looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team in our brand-new offices in Renens – Lausanne Area.
In this role, you’ll be driving product strategy, innovation, and synergy across diverse product lines, ensuring the development of user-centric, technologically advanced, and market-relevant products that align with company goals, industry trends, and sustainability principles. You will work closely with the R&D team, industrial designer and marketing team to deliver results that align with our innovation-driven and sustainable approach.
This position is 100% on site.
YOUR MISSION- Co-define and communicate the product family roadmap and innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s core visions and market needs.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to define or redirect product decisions and identify potential gaps or areas for improvement and opportunities.
- Generate original product concepts from scratch by mapping proprietary technology strengths to the company’s vision and product ecosystem.
- Own and develop clear PRDs, user stories, product roadmap and vision, outlining key features, target markets, and competitive positioning.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely execution of tasks and adherence to industry standards.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including product positioning, marketing strategy, and pricing.
- Follow industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and future product updates.
- Maintains daily collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, marketing) to translate product concepts into actionable plans and specifications, ensuring all parties work smoothly to achieve alignment and the seamless integration of product functionalities.
- Works closely with Industrial Designers to align product features with user experience (UX) and aesthetics.
- Partners with IPR/IP Engineers to protect innovations and ensure compliance with intellectual property laws.
- BSc or higher in engineering of any related field: electronics, optics, mechanics, computer sciences.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven success in delivering novel consumer electronics products.
- Knowledge and working experience in the fields of ideally both hardware and software products, such as display, camera, AI or digital workspace, etc.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Solid market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Data-driven product management practice and fluency in analytics.
- Experience in product ideation, design thinking, or related creative innovation processes for product development is a strong plus.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in emerging trends.
- Open and creative mindset to unconventional ideas. Proactive in digging potentials and thinking out of box.
- Deep human empathy and cultural fluency, viewing the products from their fundamental values to humans and society.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams with proactive attitudes.
- Strong sense of ownership and high autonomy
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
