Training

Our Graduate Programme follows the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) competencies and during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 × 3‑month placements in core areas such as design, research, contract engineering, project management, manufacturing and field services; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IChemE.

After your first two years in the programme you will move to a permanent role while continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders.

Whilst you will be based in our Renfrew location, you will be part of our global team working on projects around the globe. Our UK programme also offers the opportunity to be part of our graduate‑led European network for engineering graduates.

Qualifications and Expectations

To be considered for our graduate scheme you should hold either an MEng or BEng (Hons) degree in a Chemical/Process Engineering Discipline.
