Engineering Shift Technician - Renfrewshire
4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

Join a world-recognised manufacturing organisation as an Engineering Shift Technician, supporting high-performing production operations across a fast-paced site.
What you'll do:- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment
- Deliver equipment repairs, modifications and upgrades
- Support installation and project work across the site
- Use strong fault-finding skills and continuous improvement thinking to keep equipment running at its best
- Analyse performance data and recommend improvement actions
- Ensure documentation meets safety, quality and compliance standards
- Minimum HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Solid experience in a multi-disciplined maintenance environment
- Skilled in maintaining process equipment and confident using CMMS systems
- A proactive, safety-focused approach and commitment to quality
