Position SummaryLead, inspire, and drive excellence. Join us as a Production Leader at the state‑of‑the‑art Rolls‑Royce Bristol Turbine Facility. Taking charge of a dynamic team within a defined manufacturing cell, you’ll optimise production performance and help us achieve Zero Harm and Zero Defects while delivering world‑class products to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing- Leading a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards are met.
- Driving quality and efficiency, working towards Zero Defects and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Managing team performance and budgets, optimising productivity, headcount, and cost efficiency.
- Ensuring on‑time delivery, using capacity planning and workflow management to meet customer commitments.
- Developing and empowering the team, fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership, and digital manufacturing adoption.
- You have a safety‑first mindset, with knowledge of health and safety standards and product integrity.
- With broad experience across disciplines, you’ll have a company‑wide outlook and be comfortable dealing with different challenges, cultures and ways of working.
- You can demonstrate a proven track record of improving operational performance and leading cross‑functional teams.
- You’ll have continuous improvement expertise, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt preferred).
