AI Agent Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead AI Agent Engineer with deep hands‑on expertise in AI coding agents, developer productivity platforms, cloud infrastructure, security, and enterprise‑scale agent administration
.

This role will lead the implementation, administration, security validation, operational management, and enterprise adoption of AI‑powered coding‑agent capabilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience deploying and operating AI coding technologies in production enterprise environments
, beyond proof‑of‑concept initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI Coding Agents & Developer AI Platforms

• Implement, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and deploy enterprise AI coding platforms including:
• OpenAI Codex / Coding Agents
• Manage and administer:
• Enterprise and organizational policies
• User/group access controls
• Repository access
• Tool access and governance
• Usage controls and security policies
• Support coding‑agent workflows across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Evaluate coding‑agent behavior from both functional and platform‑administration perspectives.
• Agent configuration and orchestration
• Custom AI coding agents
• GPTs and custom assistants
• Agent tools and integrations
• Plugins, Skills, or extensibility frameworks
• Prompt and instruction architecture
• Context management
• Tool selection and execution

Strong experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), including:

• Building and securing MCP servers
• MCP scopes and permissions
• Authentication and authorization
• Fine‑grained access controls
• Identity propagation
• Credential management
• Secure integration with enterprise APIs and systems
• Least‑privilege access enforcement for AI agents

Experience designing security boundaries around MCP tools is highly preferred.

Deep understanding and practical experience with:

• SSO
• SAML
• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Identity Providers (IdP)
• AWS IAM
• AWS IAM Identity Center
• Microsoft Active Directory / Entra

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who can demonstrate:

• Significant recent hands‑on experience with Git Hub Copilot or similar enterprise AI coding platforms.
• Experience with OpenAI Codex or other production‑grade coding‑agent technologies.
• Multiple years of building and operating enterprise developer, cloud, or AI/ML platforms.
• Experience administering developer‑facing technologies used across multiple engineering organizations.

Proven track record of leading technically complex enterprise implementations and platform rollouts.
