We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join a respected dealership team in Retford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician who can take full ownership of workshop duties, including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and MOT testing.

• Carry out MOT tests on all booked vehicles.
• Perform full vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Ensure all service administration meets manufacturer and company standards.
• Adhere to MOT and manufacturer safety protocols.
• Take full responsibility for all aspects of workshop operations—this role requires a versatile Vehicle Technician who can do it all.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Valid MOT licence.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, capable of handling all workshop tasks.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £100-£200 monthly bonus.
• £150 tax-free car allowance per month (~£2,000/year).
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• No weekend or bank holiday working.
