A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage its digital platforms and support a range of online marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, this role is central to driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through high-quality digital content and well-maintained digital channels. The successful candidate will be confident managing websites and digital systems and passionate about creating useful, relevant, and compliant content for veterinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and regularly update company websites, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain product listings, imagery, and pricing, coordinating with internal teams to keep regional websites and translations up to date.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, and user experience, recommending improvements to enhance usability and conversion.
- Support digital campaigns across social media and email marketing, from asset coordination through to scheduling and performance reporting.
- Maintain CRM and email marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, effective segmentation, and full GDPR compliance.
- Assist in developing and optimising forms and lead-generation tools to improve data capture and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely content updates and support product launches.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role (experience within B2B, healthcare, or technical sectors is advantageous).
- Strong experience using CMS platforms, with familiarity in CRM and/or email marketing systems.
- A practical understanding of SEO, UX principles, and data-led decision making.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident managing multiple priorities.
- An empathetic communicator who understands the needs of busy professional audiences.
- A collaborative team player with energy, initiative, and a positive approach.
