We are currently working with a market leading organisation who are experiencing significant growth and change and subsequently are looking to add to the team with a strong manufacturing leader who can stabilise and improve the site.

Responsible for all operating functions including manufacturing, supply chain, technical and health and safety you will be able to demonstrate that you have operated in a similar role in the past and be comfortable in challenging the status quo to deliver change.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have worked within a food manufacturing environment in the past, ideally chilled but other categories will be considered, and have strong examples of improving efficiencies, developing people and working with retailers and customers.
