• Booking in goods, prepping gear, managing stock, and ensuring every van leaves loaded, labelled, and ready to roll.
• Coordinating RMAs, maintaining consumables, and supporting project teams with discipline and drive.
• Bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to daily logistics briefings and end‑of‑day resets.

• Guiding Integration Technicians, Field Specialists, Rack Builders, and Engineers with accurate, timely prep.
• Keeping tools tested, vans fuelled, and loads verified because mission readiness is non‑negotiable.
• Maintaining warehouse zones with military‑grade order and ensuring every item has its place.
• Spotting discrepancies, solving problems, and chasing deliveries before they become delays.

• A sharp eye for stock accuracy and a mindset built on structure.
• The ability to read BoMs and prep gear like a pro.
• A collaborative spirit that lifts the whole team.
