- Demonstrates ability to use root problem solving skills to drive continuous improvement as we move towards our Operation’s Winning Aspirations.
- Has an in depth knowledge of the equipment and processes in the departments over which they have responsibility.
- Supports the Quality Production Supervisor in all his/her responsibilities as required or needed.
- Completes/audits job packets to meet company requirements.
- Ensures all GMPs, SOP’s, and safety and company policies are trained to and followed by their production team members.
- Ensures daily safety trainings and exercises are followed.
- Maintains training and attendance records on department personnel.
- Observes all associates periodically to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
- Ensures that all product deficiencies are corrected in order to maintain high quality standards.
- Maintains ample supply of necessary processing supplies (i.e., bottles, caps, labels, chemicals, etc.).
- Ensures that all personnel adhere to proper dress code.
- Oversees that the work area is maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
- Ensures that all paperwork is competed accurately for maintenance of inventory records.
- Ensures that all associate in the manufacturing area understand the quality standards which are set for each product and ensures that these standards are being maintained at all times.
- Directs the assignment of daily duties to associates.
- Completes performance evaluations and/or discipline recommendations on associates.
- Keeps track of payroll time cards with Ulti Pro software.
- Ensure that any changes in company policies, procedures, etc. are communicated to the associates.
- Assist in New Employee training.
- Become certified to operate a scissor lift.
