Ahlstrom is seeking a Precision Coating Co-op at its Rhinelander, Wisconsin plant for the 2027 Spring semester (January - August) or Fall (June-December) semester. This role supports day-to-day Manufacturing, Quality and Technical activities in a paper manufacturing environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in capital and maintenance projects, and gain exposure to suppliers and project tasks while building skills for a technical career in a fast-paced production
