Job

Job Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of employability and skills support services.

Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify service gaps.

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for project delivery.

Build and maintain relationships with service providers and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with funding requirements and seek additional funding opportunities.

Establish key performance indicators and evaluate service effectiveness.

Lead and manage a team to achieve strategic objectives.

Work flexibly across Denbighshire, including travel as needed.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Degree or equivalent in project and programme management, public administration, or related field.

Experience in commissioning and delivering project/programme management.

Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.

Strong understanding of management and compliance with funding requirements.

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Ability to travel across North Wales.

Nice to Have

PRINCE2 or ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Experience in public sector procurement practices.

Knowledge of recent government employability and skills initiatives.

Welsh Language skills at Level 2 or higher.
