Registered Nurse Critical Care

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Band 5 nurse for the Critical Care Unit in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd North Wales. Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board operates three hospital sites with a total of 33 critical care beds, delivering care for all unscheduled care and a broad range of surgical specialties.

We require candidates who are enthusiastic, committed and willing to develop in this rewarding nursing specialty. Candidates should ideally have experience in an acute area.

Supernumerary training period and a detailed preceptorship programme alongside the National Competency Framework for Adult Critical Care Nurses.

Provide safe, high‑quality care, contribute to a positive patient experience, represent the Trust in delivering nursing care in line with Trust values and treat all staff, patients, families and visitors with respect and dignity.
