We are seeking an experienced, detail‑driven Accountant to oversee full‑cycle accounting and support the financial foundation of our business. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, trust, and ownership, and who wants to grow with a company that’s scaling intentionally.

• Complete full‑cycle accounting for two related companies
• Manage AP/AR, payroll processing, reconciliations, and the general ledger
• Monitor cash flow daily and flag issues proactively
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and job cost reporting
• Maintain accurate data entry and support new cost‑control software integration
• Ensure confidentiality and reliability with sensitive financial information

• Solid full‑cycle accounting experience
• Strong AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, and reconciliation skills
• Proficiency with Adagio or similar Excel/Sage‑style accounting systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
