Own weekly sprint planning in Asana across development, QA, design, SEO, and analytics teams. Turn capacity into clear commitments and consistent delivery.
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate work across an agency, consultancy, or multi-client environment. You will help teams scope, estimate, assign, and complete work while improving planning accuracy through delivery metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage Asana sprints, backlogs, assignments, and cutoff dates
- Balance capacity across concurrent client projects
- Track velocity, carryover, cycle time, and completion rates
- Resolve blockers, dependencies, stale tasks, and scheduling conflicts
- Three or more years as Scrum Master or similar
- Hands-on Asana sprint management experience
- Agency, consultancy, or multi-client coordination experience
- Strong Agile and Scrum understanding
- Fluent written and spoken English
