Lead ONE strategy in Ontario Health’s in-office Ontario model, using IAM expertise and roadmap management to improve access services.
As Senior Product Manager, you own ONE n, planning, execution, backlog, and continuous improvement. You serve as the IAM subject matter expert while coordinating Software Development, Quality Assurance, Dev Ops, and Experience Design. The work connects customer needs, organizational objectives, user research, requirements, and product performance across Ontario Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the ONE and backlog
- Define product vision with management and cross-functional teams
- Lead user research and stakeholder engagement activities
- Translate business needs into requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Monitor KPIs and champion Agile continuous improvement
- 10+ years managing products, including IAM solutions
- 10+ years performing formal requirements elicitation and analysis
- 10+ years working in software development environments
- Strong Agile, SDLC, process mapping, and user-centred design knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
Ontario residency required
