Drive high-priority Product and Technology initiatives at Convera through cross-functional leadership, governance, and delivery visibility across teams.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology leaders on complex initiatives. This non-technical role emphasizes integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and accountability. You will help achieve agreed objectives and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders
- Manage plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and governance
- Facilitate status reporting and executive updates
- Drive improved delivery practices and collaboration
- Eight-plus years leading complex cross-functional projects or programs
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong planning, risk, dependency, and governance experience
- Bachelor's degree required; certifications preferred
