As a Pinnacle Business Guide, you will work directly with CEOs and leadership teams to facilitate strategic sessions that improve alignment, strengthen execution, and drive measurable business results.

This is not a traditional salaried W2 employment role. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who want to leverage their business leadership expertise while operating with independence and flexibility.

• Continue developing your professional practice through ongoing learning and collaboration

Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with:

• 10+ years of executive leadership, business consulting, coaching, or entrepreneurial experience
• Experience working directly with CEOs, founders, or senior leadership teams
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Exceptional relationship-building ability
• A commitment to continuous professional growth

Highly relevant backgrounds include:

• Former CEOs, COOs, CROs, and senior operators
• Executive coaches
• Business consultants
• Fractional executives
