Support Beem’s digital-first vision remotely in British Columbia through enterprise project leadership, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
This Project Manager oversees strategic initiatives for Beem, a provincially regulated credit union serving members across British Columbia. You will tailor Agile and Waterfall approaches to project and people needs. Success depends on critical thinking, requirements analysis, communication, risk management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Apply business analysis to clarify project requirements
- Uncover root causes and resolve emerging issues
- Provide leadership, guidance, and informal coaching
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- At least five years of related experience
- Thorough Agile and Waterfall knowledge
- PMP designation preferred for this position
- Equivalent combinations of qualifications may apply
