• Define and report retention, service, profitability, and productivity KPIs
• Represent the business with clients, carriers, and advisors

• 12+ years progressive leadership in group or employee benefits
• Experience leading transformation and change in complex environments
• Knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable practical execution
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
