We're seeking experienced, safety-conscious, driven TCPs that have worked with Flagging Companies to join our team. Priority given to Road Paving experience.

Duties

• Direct traffic flow around construction sites using appropriate hand signals and signage.
• Ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians by monitoring traffic patterns.
• Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to prevent accidents.
• Set up and dismantle traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.
• Assist in paving operations by coordinating with heavy equipment operators.
• Maintain a clear understanding of site plans and safety protocols.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

• 8 months experience as a Flagger/TCP
• Experience In Road Paving is given a priority.
• Must have a vehicle as you will dispatched throughout the Lower Mainland.
• Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills and with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
• A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential.
• Willingness to learn about paving operations and assist as needed.

Salary range- $21 to $25
