Hotel Reservations Specialist

A hotel in Metro Vancouver is seeking an attentive Reservation Agent to manage incoming reservations and provide superior guest service. You will explain room availability and property amenities while accurately processing bookings and guest inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of hotel systems and one to two years of guest service experience are preferred.
