Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of facility conditions and performance metrics.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Develop and implement strategies for facility improvement and optimization.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Utilize pipelines to assess potential success within assigned territories.
- Graduate of relevant College or University-Level Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Civil/Structural or Building Science related Program(s)
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as an EIT with EGBC or an AScT Designation with ASTTBC.
- Registered Roofing Observer (RRO) certification and RCABC Inspector considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years previous experience in facility assessment reporting, engineering or construction
- Experience in a consulting firm environment
- Proven experience in facility assessment and condition evaluation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
