The Opportunity
ZE Power Engineering (ZEPE) is an innovative industry leading company that provides engineering services to the electric utility industry. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our project management team! Responsibilities & Duties
The Project Manager is required to perform a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
Manage schedules, progress updates and reportsManage project control support, client support and corporate servicesManage the engineering design and project administration in all projects under a given portfolioProvide support to the Project Management Team in the successful execution of projectsManage other tasks as directed by project management teamParticipate actively in project proposals and budgetingOrganize and coordinate project team meetingsDevelop process flow charts and process optimizationManage individual projectsManage project coordinators at specific tasksDirect and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetManage project reports for management, clients, or othersCompile and submit project close-outsDevelop and organize training for new project coordinatorsCoordinate project activities among clients, contractors, suppliers, associates and team membersQualifications & Skills
Exceptional analytical and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills – thoughtful leadership with the ability to adapt style as suits the situation/individual(s)Track record of successful project delivery using cross functional teams and employing Project Management best practicesTrack record of managing multiple projects in parallelMust have access to a vehicleEducation & Experience
A university degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Business Administration, or other from an accredited institution is desirableMinimum 5 years of experience in Project ManagementExperience working in utility and telecommunication industry for medium to large size organizationsNice to Have
PMP certification or equivalentExperience in a variety of different delivery methodologies and project delivery frameworksStrong interest to develop in a fast-growing team supporting capital projects across companyVaccination Status
