CA $60,000.00/yr - CA $70,000.00/yr

Pinchin is seeking a Senior Building Science Technologist to join our Building Science and Sustainability team in Richmond, BC. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves conducting on-site inspections, assessments, and reporting for various building science services such as BECA, RCA, building envelope design, concrete/masonry rehabilitation, PCA, and asset management.

• College Diploma in Building Science, Architectural Technology/Science, Construction Technology, or Civil Engineering Technology; BSc or applied science preferred.
• Experience of 3-5 years in Canadian Building Science industry, proficient in BECA, RCA, PCA.
• Knowledge of building envelope assemblies and systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety.
• Proficiency in technical report writing, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle field work and travel.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
