Overview

Notify Me! helps Shopify merchants never miss a sale due to out-of-stock products. Our app, Notify Me! Back in Stock & Pre Order, empowers stores to recover lost revenue through smart inventory alerts and pre-order tools. We're a friendly, fast-moving team on a mission to build products merchants love. We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who will own the product end-to-end, combining product management and UI/UX design to identify customer problems, shape solutions, and ensure they are built and launched smoothly, from big-picture strategy to pixel-level detail.

What We’re Looking For

• A true hybrid: you have done both product and design work and are comfortable switching hats
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in product roles, especially in SaaS
• Strong with tools:
  Jira, Notion, Figma, Metabase/Tableau, and some SQL
• Results-driven: you’ve shipped features that delivered real impact, focusing on outcomes
• Data-savvy: you rely on evidence, know how to form a hypothesis, analyze numbers, and make decisions
• Adaptable: thrive in a fast-paced startup; can think strategically and dive into details
• Great communicator: clear written and spoken English, collaborate well with teammates and stakeholders
• Curious about AI: excited to explore how new tools can improve the product and solve real problems
• Education:
  
  a relevant degree is a plus, but solid experience matters more

• Talk to users, study the market, and analyze product data to understand priorities
• Define a clear product vision and strategy that centers on customer value
• Prioritize features with thoughtful documentation
• Design intuitive, polished experiences that solve real problems
• Turn strategy into a clear action plan
• Work closely with developers to build and ship features
• Use tools like Jira and Notion to stay organized and transparent
• Keep the team aligned through regular check-ins and updates
• Improve product development with better processes and documentation
• Define and track product metrics such as engagement, adoption, and reliability
• Monitor app stability, manage QA, bug fixes, and safe releases
• Always evaluate effectiveness: "Is this working?" and "How can we improve?"
