Business Analyst EAM/Maximo
On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Senior Business Analyst role in the IT Department, reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Transformation. Responsible for enterprise system projects, including assessments, requirements development, business processes, testing, implementation, and system enhancements. The role supports and enhances Maximo 7.6 and system integrations and is part of a larger EAM development team delivering enhancements and a major platform upgrade.

Responsibilities- Conduct discovery on software enhancement requests, identifying problems, solutions, business value, and outcomes
- Develop business, functional, and non-functional requirements, workflows, use cases, and business processes
- Perform change impact assessments to identify risks, gaps, and stakeholder concerns
- Support training program development and implementation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and readiness assessments
- Support enterprise transformation and Maximo Asset Management enhancements
- Define enhancement scope, goals, and deliverables following IT PMO processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of business analysis or project management experience
- 5+ years implementing enterprise-class applications
- 5+ years in enterprise asset management; IBM Maximo experience preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise IT disciplines including cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
