Oracle PPM Functional Consultant

Experience:

Role Overview
:
An Oracle PPM Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The role involves understanding client business processes, configuring Oracle applications, and ensuring successful integration with other ERP modules.

  • Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and upgrades.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and perform fit‑gap analysis.
  • Configure Oracle PPM modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Foundation, Grants Management and related integrations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and HR teams for seamless integration with GL, AP, AR, and Revenue Management modules.
  • Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and deliver user training sessions.
  • Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and configuration guides.
  • Provide post‑implementation support: troubleshoot functional issues and recommend enhancements.
  • Work with OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC for reporting and analytics.

Must‑Have Skills

  • 8‑12 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
  • Minimum four Oracle Cloud PPM implementations as a lead consultant.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle PPM Cloud offerings (Project Costing, Billing, Control).
  • Understanding of project lifecycle, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Technical familiarity with integration tools such as FBDI, Web Services, and OIC.
  • Experience with data conversion, migration, and interface design.
  • Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, client‑facing skills, and the ability to lead workshops.
  • Ability to design solutions for CAPEX, OPEX, and revenue allocation within PPM.
Infrastructure Program Manager

Purpose/Context
:
Lead a large‑scale Infrastructure Remediation Program to modernize and secure enterprise IT systems; requires strategic leadership, technical breadth, and strong governance.

  • Program leadership and governance across multiple work streams.
  • Infrastructure remediation (network, storage, compute) and transition to cloud.
  • Risk/security management and compliance.
  • Budget, forecast ownership and resource planning.
  • Executive‑level stakeholder communications.
  • Change management and adoption of new infra standards.

Core Qualifications

  • Delivery of large‑scale infra/remediation programs in complex enterprises.
  • Deep knowledge of legacy and cloud technologies.
  • Governance, risk, and compliance expertise.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications
: PMP/PgMP, ITIL, CISSP (or equivalent).

Nice‑to‑Haves
:
Agile, COBIT, TOGAF; cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP); CS/IS education with business acumen.
