Fresh Start Foods is currently hiring a full time Production Coordinator who is eager to work in a fast paced team oriented work environment in our Richmond
, BC location.

Permanent, Full-Time

Monday to Friday, but must be flexible for weekends

6am-2:30pm

$19.00/hour

• Extract orders and coordinate between several production areas
• Update and coordinate with various departments including:
  Pricing, QA, Product Development and Purchasing on product/material changes/updates. Ensuring that the rest of the departments are aligned with each other
• Assist with tracking sample orders and ensure that they are accurate
• Liaise on behalf of production with sales and product development to ensure that product requests are feasible prior to execution of sample orders
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

• Must have good written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to reduce processing costs while cutting and sizing portions accurately with good yields and meeting customer specs.
• Ability to problem solve in terms of trimming and product substitutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, challenging environment
• Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English.
• Follows the company's Quality Control procedures.
