Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. was founded in 1993 to provide Food service Customers with a fresh alternative. Our outstanding supply network, efficient distribution, and modern processing plant are part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables.

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Production Supervisor for our Richmond, BC location. The role involves overseeing workflow and personnel, coaching, resolving issues, and supporting staff and management.

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift (flexibility required)

Salary: $58,/year plus quarterly performance bonus

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking and reporting production metrics
• Measuring and controlling yields
• Collaborating on product development and costing
• Managing productivity, labor, and overtime
• Improving production processes
• Ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance, HACCP, SQF, and safety regulations
• Training staff, conducting performance reviews, and managing HR procedures
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Experience in produce industry or production facility (asset)
• Leadership experience (asset)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail, motivation, teamwork, communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve moderate problems
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications
