Sales Associate – Store

The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store’s success, focusing on delivering Coach’s brand commitment through exceptional customer service and personalized retail experience.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, creating positive first impressions and building lasting customer relationships.
• Demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times, communicating product features and cross‑selling benefits to drive sales.
• Provide in‑depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, current offerings, and overall product value.
• Use Coach’s tools and technology to support clienteling, relationship building, and store financial results.
• Maintain a clean, attractive sales floor and complete daily operational tasks, including cash wrap, visual merchandising, and inventory replenishment.
• Support local sales strategies and tactics, adapting to changes in the local market to achieve store metrics.

• 1–3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills, and mobile POS.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, and kneel as required.

Base Pay Range: $17.40 – $18.00 per hour.
