You are passionate about delivering a transformational client experience, building our brand one customer at a time, and driving business through sales. You demonstrate strong service, curiosity about people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills. You are resourceful, collaborative, and committed to loss prevention. A sense of humor is a plus.

The typical day is dynamic: build and maintain customer relationships, deliver an exceptional customer experience using selling skills and product knowledge, communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy, and follow sales and operational policies. You’ll work with a team that shares a passion for excellence.

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, bend and stand for extended periods.

The compensation range for this position is 16.00 CAD - 21.00 CAD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
