Job Overview:
We're hiring a Security Supervisor to lead site operations and manage frontline staff. You’ll ensure safety protocols are followed, handle client interactions, and use tools like Guards Pro and Tracktik for scheduling and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule security officers across sites
• Conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents
• Maintain detailed reports/logs and ensure compliance
• Liaise with clients and emergency services as needed
• Train team members; enforce safety and service standards

Requirements:

• 4+ years in a supervisory role (security, construction, warehouse preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and tech skills
• Experience with Guards Pro, Tracktik, Google Drive, Excel
• First Aid Level 3 required before starting the position
