Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Richmond Child and Youth Program)
We are looking for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Richmond Child and Youth Program (CAP) at Vancouver Coastal Health. The role is permanent part time with a mutually agreed start date and a combination compensation structure.

Responsibilities

Have a strong knowledge base in medication management and psychotherapeutic modalities.

Be involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of new programs and will participate in the training and education of medical students, residents and other allied health professionals.

Education, Licensing & Experience

Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License - Provisional

Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)

Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) - Eligible

Knowledge & Abilities

A good knowledge of child relational/developmental/psycho therapeutic theory and practice is essential.
