Modified work week, 10.5 hour shifts; 4 days on, 3 off, current shift M-Th or Tu-F

COMPENSATION
: CA $40.70 - CA $62.39 per hour. Qualified candidates will be placed within the range based on industry experience and previous certifications. Training and opportunities for growth available. We regularly review compensation structures, adjusting them in line with market standards and industry benchmarks.

- Maintain, repair and overhaul aircraft maintained by the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO)
- Aircraft:
Cessna series including 208B, PC-12, DeHavilland DHC 2, DHC2 (T), DHC3(T), DHC 6;
Robinson Piston Helicopters;
Quest Kodiak 100 series;
Gippsland single piston;
Grumman twin piston - Carry out all tasks per the maintenance control manual and maintenance policy manual
- Provide guidance and assistance in training and coaching of Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
- Carry out additional work as directed by the Crew Chiefs, Coordinators and Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM/DOM)
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license required, AME-M1 preferred, AME-M2 an asset
- Clear and proven commitment to safety (for yourself and others) in line with our “Safety First” mandate
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast‑paced and safety‑sensitive environment
- Excellent communication skills, ability, and desire to work in a close‑knit, team‑based environment
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions at both water and land bases
- Piston and turbine engine experience (R985 and PT6) is an asset
- Aircraft maintenance experience with multiple aircraft types, including Cessna series including 208B, PC-12, DeHavilland DHC-2, DHC-3(T), DHC-6 is an asset
- Ability to carry out sheet metal repairs is an asset
- English required
