The Production Engineering Manager Automation establishes expectations, develops engineers and designers, and aligns daily work with customer commitments. Responsibilities include talent reviews, standards compliance, resource allocation, technical deliverable review, and continuous improvement. The role also supports customers through meetings, site visits, and calls.

• Define team roles, responsibilities, outcomes, and behaviours
• Conduct quarterly talent reviews and complete resulting actions
• Mentor engineers and designers to build technical capability
• Identify standardization, waste reduction, and efficiency opportunities
• Support customers through meetings, site visits, and calls

• Engineering degree or Mechanical or Electrical technology diploma
• Six to eight years in production engineering
• Experience in machine building or automation
• Minimum two years of technical leadership experience
• Ability to present KPIs and identify root causes
