Security Guard – Full Time – Seneca Polytechnic (King)

Join Paladin Security Group Ltd to protect and support students at Seneca Polytechnic – King Campus. This full‑time position offers a continental shift rotation (0700‑1900 / 1900‑0700) with overtime averaging agreement after 88 hours.

• Proactive patrols across academic buildings and grounds
• Responding to medical and safety incidents with empathy and professionalism
• Supporting residence and community event safety
• Liaising with municipal parks authorities and provincial bodies for maintaining trail safety
• Enforcing fishing and forestry safety
• Working closely with supervised farm animals, pets and wildlife (beavers, foxes, coyotes, etc.)
• Managing lost and found, parking, and access
• Collaborating with staff and local emergency responders

• Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and an upbeat, professional attitude
• Ability to handle fast‑paced, diverse campus demands
• Outdoor adventure seeker
• Prior post‑secondary or healthcare security experience an asset
• Must not be a current Seneca student at King Campus
